- Escrow Account Setup: We will guide you through the process of setting up an escrow account with Transpact.com an independent escrow agent. Transpact will act as a neutral party and oversee the deposit transaction.
- Deposit Transfer: You will transfer the agreed-upon deposit amount into the escrow account. This ensures that your funds are securely held and protected until the completion of the property sourcing process.
- Escrow Protection: Transpact will hold the funds in the account and verify that all necessary conditions are met before releasing the deposit to us. This includes ensuring that the property sourcing services are completed as per the agreed-upon terms.
- Release of Funds: Upon successful completion of the property sourcing services, Transpact will release the deposit funds to Premium Property Direct Ltd. This confirms our commitment to providing you with high-quality service and signifies the commencement of the property investment process.
